Community Fleet Alliance named one of UK’s best workplaces in financial services Published: 3rd September 2025 Share Glasgow-based leasing and fleet management specialist Fleet Alliance has been rated as one of the Best Places to Work in the UK in the Financial Services & Insurance industry for the second consecutive year. The latest accolade follows hot on the heels of Fleet Alliance being named a Best Workplace for Women 2025 (medium-sized businesses) by Great Place to Work® – the fourth time the company has earned that distinction. Andy Bruce, CEO of Fleet Alliance, said: “We’re delighted to receive this most recent accolade in the financial services and insurance sector, cementing our position as an outstanding place to work. “Creating the right employee environment is essential to the success of the business. We’re committed to ensuring that all our employees build their work life around our four pillars of fairness, trust, engagement and respect. It not only makes for a welcoming working environment, but in the highly regulated yet fast-paced world of vehicle finance, it’s important that those same values are extended to our customers. “This latest recognition by the Great Place to Work institute is hugely welcomed and a testament to the culture that pervades Fleet Alliance – a culture we will continue to support and nurture.” Bruce added: “We were also delighted to be recognised as a Best Workplace for Women for the fourth time. Women make up 55% of our total workforce, and 40% of our senior management team. Creating progressive pathways into leadership is essential, as is recognising and responding to women’s well-being. These are not ‘nice to haves’ – they are core to building a workplace that truly works for women.” Fleet Alliance has been voted a Great Place to Work 13 times in recent years, with back-to-back recognition in the Financial Services & Insurance category across 2024 and 2025. The latest sector ranking by the Great Place to Work Institute surveyed Fleet Alliance employees on work–life balance, fulfilment and job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also assessed how consistently the company delivers a positive employee experience across departments and seniority levels.
