Corporate Member Community BPCE Equipment Solutions UK backs mental health charity partnership Published: 21st May 2026 Share BPCE Equipment Solutions UK has partnered with mental health charity Richmond Borough Mind as one of its charities of the year for 2026. The partnership reflects BPCE Equipment Solutions UK’s wider commitment to supporting wellbeing both within its workforce and across the communities in which it operates, aligning with the company’s mission of “Financing ambition, empowering progress”. The partnership was formally introduced in April, with Richmond Borough Mind delivering a presentation to employees outlining its work across the local area and the support services it provides for people experiencing mental health challenges. Kate Marsh, CSR Manager at BPCE Equipment Solutions UK, said: “By partnering with Richmond Borough Mind, we have chosen a charity that makes a genuine impact within our local communities. “Their wide range of accessible fundraising initiatives gives our employees meaningful opportunities to get involved, while their expertise and resources help us further support wellbeing across our workforce.” As part of the partnership launch, employees are taking part in Richmond Borough Mind’s “100 Miles in May” challenge, with teams walking, running and cycling to collectively complete the distance while raising funds for the charity. The initiative is designed to encourage physical activity, social interaction and healthier habits, while also helping employees step away from their desks and focus on their own wellbeing. For every team that signs up, BPCE Equipment Solutions UK has pledged to make a donation, with additional contributions for teams that achieve their fundraising targets. Employees are also setting individual fundraising goals throughout the challenge. The partnership will extend beyond fundraising events, with both organisations aiming to support longer-term improvements in mental health awareness and access to support services. According to Richmond Borough Mind, around two million people across the UK are currently on waiting lists for mental health support. Funds raised through the partnership will help provide support for individuals experiencing mental health conditions, as well as their carers. The collaboration will also include lunch-and-learn sessions and wellbeing-focused discussions for employees throughout the year. Val Farmer, CEO of Richmond Borough Mind, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been chosen as one of BPCE Equipment Solutions UK’s charities of the year. It means a great deal to us that their team has chosen to stand alongside Richmond Borough Mind in supporting local mental health. Together, we can reach more people, reduce isolation, and ensure that no one in our community has to face a mental health problem alone.” The partnership coincides with Mental Health Awareness Week in May, which this year focuses on the theme of “action”, something both organisations say is central to the collaboration and its long-term goals around awareness, engagement and support.
