Arval Germany has appointed Gregor Bilik as its new Corporate Sales Director. Bilik took up the role on 1 June 2026 and joins the Executive Committee of Arval Germany, reporting directly to Sébastien Valy.

In his new position, Bilik will focus on driving commercial performance across different market segments, while ensuring customer and driver experience remain at the centre of the company’s offering. He will also play a key role in advancing sustainable and innovative mobility solutions for corporate customers.

Bilik brings more than 22 years of experience within the wider Arval group, having held senior leadership positions across several European markets.

He began his career with Arval in the Czech Republic in 2004 before becoming head of Arval Slovakia in 2008. In 2012, he returned to Prague to lead the Czech business for more than six years before relocating to Spain as Retail Director, where he helped strengthen the retail operation within one of Arval’s largest markets. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Arval Austria from 2021.

Commenting on his appointment, Bilik said: “I am very much looking forward to my new role in Germany and to working with the team to further develop the Corporate Sales department. Especially with a view to customer needs, it is crucial to clearly align our sales structures, to provide reliable support to customers and to further advance sustainable and innovative mobility solutions.”

Valy welcomed the appointment, highlighting Bilik’s extensive international experience and deep understanding of Arval’s business.

“With Gregor Bilik, this important role is taken on by an internationally experienced leader who knows Arval, our markets and the requirements of our customers very well,” he said. “His many years of experience in different European countries, his commercial expertise and his strategic view will provide important impetus for the next phase of Arval Germany’s development.”

Bilik succeeds Rik Sint, who has held the Corporate Sales Director position on an interim basis since November 2025 alongside his responsibilities as Commercial Performance Manager.

Following a transition period, Sint will return full-time to his Commercial Performance Manager role.

Valy praised Sint’s contribution during the interim period. “Rik Sint has done an excellent job in recent months and has accompanied the further development of our sales organisation with great commitment. He has made a significant contribution to sharpening structures, strengthening cooperation in the team and creating important foundations for the next steps. I would like to thank him sincerely for this and look forward to continuing to work with him in his role as Commercial Performance Manager.”
