In a money-based economy like the UK, a willingness to lend is essential to its growth and, whilst over the years, the foundation stones of our industry remain unchanged, the environment in which those transactions must actually happen does continually change. So, for every stakeholder to have a voice; to avoid the pot-holes; to exert some influence; and to keep abreast of everything, they really do need a place where critical issues can be brought to the table and openly discussed.
