Time Finance appoints Claudia Ritchie as Compliance Manager

Time Finance has appointed Claudia Ritchie as Compliance Manager, strengthening its governance and compliance capabilities as the specialist finance provider continues to pursue its growth strategy.

Ritchie joins the business with more than eight years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management and governance across the financial services sector. In her new role, she will oversee Time Finance’s compliance framework, helping to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting the development of internal controls and risk management processes.

She brings experience in designing and implementing compliance policies, managing regulatory relationships and supporting compliance cultures within growing financial services businesses.

Prior to joining Time Finance, Ritchie held senior compliance positions at fintech firms Currencycloud and ANNA Money. During her career, she has led a range of regulatory initiatives, including financial crime audits, transaction monitoring programmes and wider compliance projects.
