BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions appoints Ian Swindell to lead OST and Healthcare

The appointment, which was effective from 1 September 2026, expands Swindell’s responsibilities as the company looks to strengthen its position in the OST market and pursue further growth opportunities in healthcare finance.

Swindell has spent more than ten years with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions across two periods with the business, developing extensive experience in asset finance, partner-led sales and leadership.

In his expanded role, he will oversee both teams, focusing on developing partner relationships, supporting customers and building on their existing commercial performance.

The appointment reflects BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions’ continued emphasis on sector expertise and its ambitions to expand its offering across both markets.
