BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions appoints new UK and Ireland ELS leadership team

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has announced two senior leadership appointments within its Equipment & Logistics Solutions (ELS) business in the UK and Ireland, with Tim Pulleyn appointed Head of ELS and Chloe Ashfield taking on the role of Head of Partner Sales.

The appointments, effective immediately, form part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its commercial operations, enhance partner relationships and support continued growth across the region.

Tim Pulleyn succeeds Mark Richards, who has been appointed Global Head of Wholesale, Retail and Business Development.

With more than 20 years’ experience in commercial finance and asset-based lending, Pulleyn has held senior leadership positions across the financial services sector. Since joining BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, he has contributed to commercial performance and the development of manufacturer and partner relationships.

In his new role, he will oversee the continued development of the ELS business across the UK and Ireland, focusing on digitisation, service delivery and long-term growth.

Chloe Ashfield brings more than 25 years’ experience with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, having previously served as General Manager of both Manitou Finance and Kubota Finance.

As Head of Partner Sales, she will lead the company’s partner sales strategy across the UK and Ireland, supporting its manufacturer, dealer and broker networks.
