The Leasing Foundation has announced that FIS Global is sponsoring its Sustainability Initiative for 2026, supporting the Foundation’s work to help businesses and individuals across the asset finance industry improve sustainability and drive real environmental progress.

The Leasing Foundation’s Sustainability Initiative brings together professionals from across the sector to share best practice, learn from experts and support the industry’s role in funding assets that deliver environmental gains. Through a programme of events and a growing resource library, the group aims to help firms improve their own sustainability performance while also supporting customers on their journey.

The Sustainability Initiative is co-led by Craig Leyland (Lombard) and James Rudolf (Acquis).

Shereen Faroqui, global head of business development- asset finance at FIS Global, said: “We’re proud to sponsor the Leasing Foundation’s Sustainability Initiative for 2026.

“Sustainability is becoming a bigger part of day-to-day decision making across asset finance and we want to support the people and conversations that help the industry move forward in a practical way.”
