Community Leasing Foundation brings back Connect Roulette for World Inclusion Day Published: 1st October 2026 Share The Leasing Foundation is bringing back its Connect Roulette initiative for 2026, giving people across the asset finance industry the opportunity to make new connections as part of World Inclusion Day. More than 600 people have participated in Connect Roulette since its launch, with the initiative designed to introduce individuals from different organisations, roles and stages of their careers who might not otherwise have the opportunity to meet. Participants who register for the 2026 initiative will be randomly paired with someone from another organisation for a 30-minute conversation, which can take place online or in person. The Leasing Foundation said the informal format could help participants develop new professional contacts, find mentors or reverse mentors, exchange ideas and gain a different perspective on the asset finance industry. There is no prescribed agenda for the conversation, although participants will receive suggested topics to help start the discussion. Connect Roulette is open to people across the asset finance industry, from those at the beginning of their careers through to individuals with many years of sector experience. The initiative is being run to mark World Inclusion Day on 10 October, with the Leasing Foundation encouraging people to use the opportunity to expand their networks beyond their usual professional circles. Registration open until 8 October Participants have until Thursday 8 October to register for Connect Roulette. Matches will then be made with someone from another organisation, with introductions sent by email on Monday 12 October. The matched participants can then arrange their 30-minute conversation at a time and in a format that suits them. Connect Roulette is free to join, although participants and their businesses are encouraged to make a £5 donation to the Leasing Foundation’s charity partner, Coach Core. Coach Core uses sport and apprenticeships to support young people who may face barriers, discrimination or a lack of opportunity. Find out more and register here.
