Reward Funding has raised £40,000 for Women’s Aid, its chosen charity partner for 2026, following a year of fundraising activities involving employees, business partners, brokers and clients across the UK.

The funds will support Women’s Aid in its work to end domestic abuse against women and children, including through its network of almost 300 specialist support services across England.

Throughout 2026, employees across Reward Funding’s five regional offices have participated in a range of fundraising initiatives, including quizzes, golf and padel tournaments, a World Cup competition, step challenges and bake sales.

The activities were also supported by friends, family members and the company’s wider business network, with additional donations made through Reward’s JustGiving page.

Giullia Gomes, Senior Partnerships Officer at Women’s Aid, said: “Those we support face unimaginable challenges, and the bravery survivors show from the moment we begin working with them is truly inspiring.

“We are working to end domestic abuse through dedicated support services, campaigning, influencing and training. We keep survivors at the heart of everything we do and want to ensure we provide a platform for their voices to be heard.”

She added: “The funds raised are essential for us to continue our work and a donation of this scale will make a huge difference. We want to say a massive thank you to the entire Reward Team and all those who took part in the events and donated.”

Nick Smith, CEO of Reward Funding, said: “Women’s Aid was a very clear choice for our chosen charity this year. The lifesaving work they do to support women and children in indescribably difficult situations is second to none.

“We are honoured to be able to support such a vital cause and are grateful to everyone who has taken the time to join our events and donate.”

Smith also praised the commitment of employees and business partners, describing the cheque presentation as a reflection of the collective effort behind the fundraising campaign.

The fundraising forms part of Reward Funding’s wider Giving Back programme, which encourages employees across its UK offices to support charitable and community initiatives through fundraising and volunteering.

Since 2018, Reward Funding has raised more than £238,000 for charity partners and community causes.
