Charlotte de Grouchy joins VAMOS as Director of Operations

VAMOS has appointed Charlotte de Grouchy as Director of Operations as the technology company expands its delivery capabilities to meet growing demand for its AI-powered operations platform, Lucero, across the UK and European equipment finance markets.

Charlotte de Grouchy joins from Alfa Financial Software, where she was Associate Director in Delivery and European Equipment Finance Market Lead.

During her time at Alfa, she led implementations of Alfa Start, the company’s pre-configured platform for equipment finance providers, and managed complex technology programmes for major European lenders.

With equipment finance at the centre of VAMOS’s growth strategy, the appointment comes as the company scales its operations to support an expanding client base and increasing demand for AI-driven solutions.

In her new role, Charlotte de Grouchy will oversee the delivery of Lucero to clients, helping VAMOS expand its implementation capacity and develop relationships with strategic and implementation partners.

Lucero is designed to help equipment finance providers automate operational processes and reduce manual workloads while retaining human oversight of decision-making.

Charlotte de Grouchy began her career in research science and holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Edinburgh. Her experience combines technical expertise with the delivery of large-scale technology transformation projects in equipment finance.
