BMO Equipment Finance has selected NETSOL Technologies’ Transcend Finance platform to support its equipment finance portfolio in the US, replacing NETSOL’s legacy LeasePak system.

Under the agreement, BMO will migrate its equipment finance operations to Transcend Finance, NETSOL’s platform covering originations, servicing and wholesale finance.

The move represents the latest stage in a relationship between BMO and NETSOL spanning more than 30 years and will see the bank transition from NETSOL’s existing LeasePak platform to its newer technology.

Transcend Finance is designed for lenders, captives and commercial finance providers and uses AI-enabled capabilities across the finance lifecycle. The platform brings together functions including asset finance originations and servicing within a single system.

Najeeb Ghauri, Founder and CEO of NETSOL Technologies, said: “For over 30 years, NETSOL has been privileged to support BMO’s growth and innovation, delivering robust, reliable solutions.

“With the transition to our Transcend Finance platform, BMO is poised to unlock new levels of operational efficiency, risk management and customer engagement.”

He added: “We are proud to support BMO as they lead the industry forward with a modern, flexible platform that empowers them to adapt quickly in an evolving market.”

BMO Financial Group operates across Canada and the US and reported total assets of $1.5 trillion as of July 31, 2026. The group provides personal and commercial banking, wealth management, global markets and investment banking services.
