Mercedes-Benz USA approves NETSOL digital retail platform

NETSOL Technologies has been approved by Mercedes-Benz USA as a digital retail provider, giving Mercedes-Benz dealerships across the US access to its Transcend Retail platform.

The approval enables dealerships to offer customers an integrated vehicle purchasing experience, allowing them to move between online and in-store channels without restarting the transaction or losing information already entered.

Transcend Retail is designed to support the entire vehicle buying journey, from configuring a vehicle and valuing a trade-in to reviewing payment and finance options and completing the purchase.

The platform allows customers and dealership staff to work on the same transaction simultaneously, ensuring that information and progress are maintained as buyers move between digital and physical channels.

For Mercedes-Benz dealerships, the technology aims to provide a more consistent customer experience while simplifying the sales and finance process.

Faraaz Ghauri, Vice President of Digital Retail at NETSOL Technologies, said:

“Luxury buyers expect the same level of care online as they receive in the showroom and they expect the two to work as one.

“Being approved by Mercedes-Benz USA gives its dealers a platform that keeps every deal moving in one place, from the first click to the signed contract.”

The approval expands the availability of NETSOL’s digital retail technology within the US automotive market, where manufacturers and dealerships are increasingly looking to integrate online vehicle purchasing with traditional showroom operations.

Ghauri added: “We look forward to working closely with Mercedes-Benz dealerships to deliver the experience their customers expect from the brand.”
