Asset Advantage appoints South East area sales manager

O’Reilly joins the business with extensive experience in the asset finance sector. He spent 10 years at Paragon Bank as a business development manager focused on SME lending before moving to CC Springador Finance, where he served as a director specialising in asset finance and refinance, commercial loans, and finance solutions for the construction, agriculture and vehicle sectors.

In his new role, O’Reilly will support small and medium-sized businesses across the South East in accessing funding solutions, including asset finance and business loans.

The appointment forms part of a wider growth strategy at Asset Advantage, which has recently expanded its team, broadened its product offering and invested in new systems and processes designed to enhance customer service and improve access to finance for SMEs.

Commenting on his appointment, Steven O’Reilly said: “Having grown up in Basingstoke and worked in the asset finance sector for many years, joining Asset Advantage feels like a natural fit for me.
