Allane Mobility Group has reported growth across its key performance indicators during the first half of 2026, driven partly by expansion in its captive leasing business.

The Germany-based vehicle leasing and full-service provider increased its consolidated contract portfolio by 10.2% from the end of 2025 to 172,900 contracts at June 30, compared with 156,800 at December 31.

Captive leasing recorded particularly strong growth, with its contract portfolio increasing 30.8% to 76,500, from 58,500 at the end of 2025.

Group operating revenue, which excludes vehicle sales, rose 19.0% year-on-year to €324.3 million, compared with €272.6 million in H1 2025. Allane attributed the increase primarily to higher leasing revenues and usage-related service revenues associated with the larger contract portfolio.

Total consolidated revenue increased 23.4% to €488.8 million, while revenue from the sale of lease returns and the marketing of fleet management customer vehicles rose 33.2% to €164.5 million.

Profitability also improved during the period. EBITDA increased 15.9% to €226.9 million, while earnings before tax (EBT) rose from €5.2 million in H1 2025 to €13.4 million.

The operating return on sales, measured as EBT against operating revenue, consequently increased from 1.9% to 4.1%.

Eckart Klumpp, CEO of Allane SE, said: “We continued our positive business development in the first half of 2026 and significantly improved all key performance indicators.

“Particularly pleasing is the continued growth in captive leasing contracts, which has made a significant contribution to this development. We are thus on track and are sticking to our forecast for the year as a whole.”

Allane has maintained its full-year 2026 guidance, forecasting a contract portfolio of between 170,000 and 185,000, compared with 156,800 at the end of 2025.

Group operating revenue is expected to reach between €670 million and €720 million, up from €574.7 million in 2025, while EBT is forecast at between €25 million and €35 million.
