The scheme uses SalSac’s automated salary sacrifice platform alongside DreamLease’s established panel of leasing funders, providing Tesla employees with a digital process covering vehicle selection, application and delivery. Since launching, the programme has recorded strong early engagement, with a high volume of vehicles contracted or delivered within its first few months. SalSac provides the technology platform and automation supporting the scheme, while DreamLease manages vehicle sourcing, leasing and fulfilment through its existing funding relationships. The partnership aims to demonstrate how digital technology and vehicle funding can be integrated to provide a scalable salary sacrifice solution for large employers, while simplifying the process for employees. Daniel Pass, Managing Director of DreamLease, said: “We’re extremely pleased with how the scheme has performed since launch. Reaching a high volume of vehicles in such a short period is a fantastic proof point for the strength of the operational model and the demand we’re seeing.” Richard Quilter, Sales Director of SalSac, added: “SalSac has been designed to make salary sacrifice simple, highly automated and scalable for employers. The early success of the scheme is a strong demonstration of the platform’s capability and the experience it can deliver for employees.” Lisa Laverick Editor - Finance Connect Sign up to our newsletter Featured Stories NewsFleet Operations warns employers over smartwatch driver distraction risks NewsBynx enhances lease quotation portal to support SME fleet market NewsOctopus Fleet launches FleetBoost to cut public EV charging costs Fleet Finance
