Asset-based lender Ultimate Finance has expanded its Structured Finance proposition with the launch of a new commercial property loan facility.

The new facility offers up to £3 million on a first charge against commercial property and is designed to meet growing demand for scalable and tailored funding options. Borrowers will benefit from flexible repayment terms, including a 5-year term with a 15-year amortisation profile and interest-only repayments for the first 12 months.

Exclusively available as part of Ultimate Finance’s Structured Finance suite, the commercial property loan complements a portfolio of existing funding options, including Invoice Finance up to £10 million, Asset Finance up to £2 million, and cashflow loans up to £500,000. This integrated offering enables introducers and advisors to build bespoke funding packages for clients with complex financial requirements.

Josh Levy, CEO of Ultimate Finance, highlighted the importance of the enhancement:

“We seek to combine market leading product features and competitive pricing with market leading client service, highlighted by our extremely strong NPS score of 79 and Trustpilot rating of 4.9/5, and the average longevity of our Working Capital clients reaching 8 years.

Levy added that the lender’s national network of Regional Directors and Relationship Managers is already helping businesses leverage the new facility to expand existing arrangements and unlock new opportunities.

“Through our strong relationships with the broker and advisory market, we are pleased to have enhanced our Structured Finance offering to enable us to better structure truly tailored ABL funding with a single point of relationship management to support key business events and growth requirements. The flexible nature of the repayment profile of our property loan is something we are confident will prove to be a valuable tool for clients.”

“We are committed to having a wide-ranging Working Capital offering from £100k through to £10m facilities, and this new commercial property element has already allowed several businesses to increase their funding facility with us to realise their ambitions.”
