Regan will be based at the firm’s Basingstoke office and will report to Head of Operations Siouxsie Ashmore. In her new role, she will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on delivering transparent funding solutions, maintaining strong relationships and managing portfolio risk. The appointment comes as UK SMEs face ongoing economic pressures, including rising costs, regulatory change and wider market uncertainty. Demand for flexible working capital solutions such as invoice and trade finance has increased as businesses seek to maintain cash flow stability. Regan brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, having previously held senior client management roles at HSBC and, more recently, at Breal Zeta. Her background spans relationship management and risk oversight. “I’m delighted to be joining Pulse Finance at such an exciting stage of its growth,” Regan said. “In the current trading climate, businesses need certainty, speed and clarity from their funding partners. I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients to help them navigate challenges, manage risk effectively and access the funding they need.” Pulse Finance provides invoice finance and trade finance facilities of up to £5 million to UK SMEs. The business said it is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy aimed at increasing access to fast and flexible funding. Siouxsie Ashmore said Regan’s experience would support the firm’s continued expansion. “Her depth of experience in client management and her strong understanding of portfolio risk will be a real asset as we continue to expand,” she said. “As demand for our services grows, maintaining exceptional client service is our absolute priority.” Lisa Laverick Editor - Finance Connect Sign up to our newsletter Featured Stories AppointmentsReceivables Finance Connect names Ted Winterton to lead new NextGen Council AppointmentsAsset Advantage strengthens operations with two new starters AppointmentsEuropcar Mobility Group UK strengthens new business team
