Receivables Finance News nFusion Capital funds staffing firm with $600,000 facility Published: 28th April 2026 Share nFusion Capital has provided a $600,000 factoring facility to a California-based staffing company, supporting its expansion plans and ongoing working capital requirements. The recipient business, a minority- and women-owned enterprise, delivers full-cycle staffing and recruitment services. Its offering spans sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent, with a particular focus on general labour, warehouse staff, forklift operators, third-party logistics personnel, and broader commercial workforce solutions. Operating across California, Nevada, and Arizona, the company had been building momentum but required additional liquidity to onboard new projects and meet growing client demand. The need for a new financing partner arose after its previous factor exited the California market, prompting a referral to nFusion Capital for a more scalable and cost-effective solution. Brice Reid, Senior Vice President of Business Development at nFusion Capital, said the deal aligns with the firm’s mission to support underserved businesses. “nFusion Capital was launched around the idea of helping young start-up companies looking to grow and expand but who face challenges accessing traditional bank financing,” he said. “The founder has decades of experience in the staffing industry and has built a strong foundation for growth. We’re proud to support this minority- and women-owned business as it scales operations.” The factoring facility is expected to provide increased liquidity and a lower cost of capital, enabling the company to accelerate its growth strategy. This includes investing in talent acquisition, expanding marketing efforts, and broadening its client base across the southwestern United States.
