Shire Leasing invests in vendor sales team with new appointments

Shire Leasing has announced a significant expansion of its Vendor Sales Team, reinforcing its commitment to supporting supplier partners across the UK. The business has welcomed Gurjeet Roda, Olivia Taylor and Tom Walker as part of its ongoing investment in talent, capability and nationwide coverage.

The trio of appointments reflects Shire Leasing’s continued growth and its strategic focus on delivering high-quality service, deep sector expertise and flexible funding solutions to vendors. As demand for asset finance options increases, the company is scaling its Vendor Sales Team to ensure partners receive consistent, responsive and knowledgeable support.

The Vendor Sales Team plays a central role in helping suppliers expand through tailored finance solutions and strong relationship management. By investing in experienced and ambitious professionals, Shire aims to enhance its national reach and maintain its position as a trusted funding partner.

Roda joins with eight years of experience at GRENKE Leasing, where he was instrumental in launching the Leeds branch in 2018 and progressed from Internal Sales Manager to Regional Sales Manager. He brings leadership expertise and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Taylor enters the business after graduating in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University. She previously spent two years at Latitude Leasing, gaining valuable experience from both funder and broker perspectives.

Walker brings 2.5 years of experience in account management and business development within asset finance, having worked across multiple sectors, particularly in the London market. His relationship-led approach and understanding of client needs are expected to add further depth to the team.
