Lendscape, a global technology provider for secured finance, has announced a multi-year sponsorship agreement with the Leasing Foundation’s Innovation Initiative, extending through to the end of 2026. The partnership aims to accelerate understanding and adoption of emerging technologies across the business finance sector.

Designed to bring together forward-thinking industry professionals, the Innovation Initiative offers a platform to explore new ideas, share insights and strengthen cross-sector connections. By supporting the programme, Lendscape says it hopes to help foster meaningful conversations that drive progress across the commercial finance ecosystem.

“We’re thrilled to have Lendscape on board as sponsor of our Innovation Initiative,” said Cat Powell, the Leasing Foundation’s Innovation lead and head of data insight and automation at Novuna Business Finance.

“The support means we can grow the programme and offer even more opportunities for our community to connect, learn and share ideas. Lendscape’s progressive approach and commitment to positive change in the business finance sector really align with our values, and this partnership is a great example of what we can achieve together.”

The Innovation Initiative convenes professionals through events and programmes centred on emerging technology trends, practical applications and thought leadership. Lendscape’s backing will help expand these activities and broaden knowledge-sharing across the finance community.

“Innovation is part of Lendscape’s DNA, so this was a natural fit,” said Steve Taplin, chief product officer at Lendscape.

“We’re proud to support the Leasing Foundation with an initiative that helps finance professionals connect, grow, and push boundaries. It’s about giving people the tools, insight, and confidence to better solve real-world business challenges and deliver smarter solutions for the businesses they serve.”

Planning for 2026 is already underway, with two Innovation sessions scheduled for early next year. Further details are expected to be announced soon.
