New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist finance provider in its search for a Customer Services Lease Administrator.

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Flexible Location for Homebased or close to Southampton for Hybrid working.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic customer services and lease administration team within a growing asset finance business.

You will support the full lifecycle of finance agreements, ensuring high levels of accuracy, service delivery and customer support across a broad range of administrative and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and load new finance agreements onto internal systems within agreed SLAs
  • Set up direct debits and maintain accurate contract records
  • Produce rental invoices and annual VAT statements
  • Manage customer queries through to resolution
  • Handle customer complaints in line with company policy and procedures
  • Generate settlement figures accurately and efficiently
  • Administer contract lifecycle activities including novations, extensions and reschedules
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, compliance and operational accuracy
  • Support team objectives and contribute positively within the wider business

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong administrative and organisational capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving capability with a proactive approach
  • Experience within asset finance or financial services advantageous

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
