New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading international financial services group in its search for a VP International Business Development.

Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: USA, New Jersey (Remote). Other USA locations considered, however you will be required to be in New Jersey once a fortnight.

The Role

This is a senior international business development role focused on originating and securing International Vendor Programs (IVPs) within the technology sector.

You will be responsible for building strategic vendor relationships, negotiating international agreements and driving growth across global vendor finance markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a pipeline of International Vendor Programs within the technology sector
• Build strategic relationships with global technology vendors and key stakeholders
• Negotiate and execute International Master Agreements
• Drive new business growth across international vendor finance markets
• Support the launch and transition of new vendor programmes
• Participate in conferences, trade fairs and international industry events
• Maintain strong collaboration across global internal teams
• Contribute to global business development strategy and initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years’ experience within equipment finance, leasing or vendor finance
• Strong technology sector and international business development experience
• Proven track record of originating and closing vendor programmes
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable operating across international and multicultural environments
• Additional European language skills advantageous

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
