Finance Education Centre delivers sales training programme for Shire Leasing

The Finance Education Centre (FEC) has partnered with Shire Leasing to deliver a sales training programme aimed at enhancing commercial skills and supporting future growth.

Shire Leasing has selected FEC’s Sales Techniques programme, a two-day training course designed to help sales professionals strengthen client conversations, improve commercial judgement and increase conversion rates through practical, real-world learning.

The programme focuses on developing a deeper understanding of customer buying behaviour, helping delegates identify genuine commercial needs and position finance solutions more effectively in competitive market environments. Through a combination of workshops, discussions and industry-specific case studies, participants will gain practical skills that can be applied immediately in customer interactions.

The structured format also provides opportunities for delegates to practise new techniques, challenge existing approaches and build confidence in managing sales conversations.

The initiative forms part of Shire Leasing’s ongoing commitment to investing in employee development and building high-performing sales teams equipped to support customers and drive sustainable business growth.
