Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation elects 2026 officers

The Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation has announced the officers who will serve on its Board of Trustees in 2026, along with the appointment of new trustees.

The officer elections were held during the board’s recent governance meeting. Miles Herman, chief executive officer of LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc., was elected chair. Jeffrey Dicosola, sales manager at Great American Insurance Group, will serve as vice chair. Peter Bullen, executive vice president and group head at Key Equipment Finance, was appointed secretary and treasurer. Leigh Lytle, president and chief executive officer of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association, will serve as president. Zack Marsh, senior vice president of accounting and analysis at AP Equipment Financing, will serve as immediate past chair.

Three new members have been appointed to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees: Mark Bonanno, president and chief revenue officer of North Mill Equipment Finance; Jennifer Martin, chief product officer at LTi Technology Solutions; and Jill McKean-Bilby, equipment finance sales executive at Huntington Equipment Finance.

“This is a pivotal time for the Foundation with tremendous opportunity ahead, and we are fortunate to have the leadership, professional expertise, and dedication of our Trustees to guide the Foundation in 2026,” said Miles Herman.

“We deeply appreciate their commitment to our mission of advancing the equipment finance industry and supporting the success of all who are part of it.”

Trustees continuing to serve on the board in 2026 include Andrew Blacklock of Cisco Systems Capital Corporation; Jim DeFrank of Isuzu Finance of America; Cindy Fleck of Channel; Shari Lipski of ECS Financial Services; Mark Loken of CoBank Farm Credit Leasing; Eric McGriff of 36th Street Capital; David Normandin of Wintrust Specialty Finance; Brittany Ogden of Quarles & Brady LLP; Ricardo E. Rios of Commercial Equipment Finance, Inc.; William Tefft of EverBank Corporate Asset Finance; and Shari Williams of Elevex Capital.

Kelli Nienaber will continue in her role as executive director of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation.
