Collections Executive – Financial Services (12-Month FTC) – East Kilbride (Hybrid working model)

Up to £33,000 per annum +  Excellent banking benefits package.

You will be responsible for:

• Mitigate Losses: Engage early with customers experiencing financial difficulty using proven collections and recoveries strategies.
• Empathetic Communication: Manage sensitive customer conversations confidently via telephone, post, and email.
• Assess Circumstances: Use structured questioning and income/expenditure analysis to fully understand customer situations.
• Empower Customers: Clearly explain available repayment options and signpost independent sources of debt advice.
• Support Vulnerability: Identify vulnerable customers early to ensure an exceptional level of care and additional support.

We are looking to speak to candidates who have a Proven background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services and have an understanding of vulnerable customer guidelines and ethical lending practices.
