Internal Broker Manager – Asset Finance – North West (Hybrid)

Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefit.

Full-time, Permanent (hybrid).

A leading financial services business is seeking an Internal Broker Manager to join its specialist asset finance team. In this pivotal role, you will proactively manage, nurture, and develop an established portfolio of broker relationships across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with brokers to drive engagement and business volume.

Deal Structuring: Assist brokers with structuring and packaging new asset finance transactions.

Direct Interaction: Communicate directly with end customers when required to facilitate smooth payouts.

Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities to maximise the value of your existing broker network.

We are looking for someone who has proven internal sales experience within the asset finance industry with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in broker development is highly advantageous (but not essential).
