Appointments Sponsored by Appointments Alphabet (GB) appoints Mia Halpin as Partner Regional Manager Published: 14th April 2026 Share Business mobility provider Alphabet (GB) has announced the appointment of Mia Halpin as Partner Regional Manager, a move aimed at strengthening its broker channel proposition across the south of England. In her new role, Halpin will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the region while driving growth through enhanced partner engagement. Her remit includes leading initiatives to review and improve internal processes within the Partner channel, building on her experience in indirect sales. Halpin has already begun evaluating how the company promotes and trains its Partners, with a particular focus on service, maintenance, repair and tyre offerings – key areas that underpin Alphabet’s customer experience. Speaking on her appointment, Halpin said she was “really pleased” to step into the role and highlighted the opportunity it presents to expand her expertise. “I have always enjoyed working closely with our brokers to support their continued growth and to build strong relationships,” she said. “This role is a pivotal opportunity to broaden my knowledge and take on new challenges to support our Partners.” The appointment follows a six-month period during which Halpin worked in a similar business development capacity, supporting broker relationships and contributing to brand growth. Hollie Crumlish, Head of Broker Partnerships at Alphabet (GB), praised Halpin’s progression within the company. “Over the past six months, Mia has demonstrated a strong commitment to elevating the Alphabet brand,” Crumlish said. “Her move into the Partner Regional Manager position is a natural progression and will enable Mia to take on a more hands-on role while assuming full responsibility for a key business territory.” Since joining Alphabet in 2022 as a data analyst, Halpin has built a reputation for strong commercial acumen, successfully transitioning into customer-facing commercial roles. Her latest appointment is expected to play a key role in unlocking new opportunities and accelerating growth within the broker channel over the coming year.
