Alfa has joined the Stonewall Diversity Champions Programme, the UK’s largest community of professionals dedicated to equality, diversity and inclusion, and the leading employers’ programme for ensuring all LGBT staff are accepted without exception in the workplace. Stonewall works with more than 700 organisations, all of whom share a core belief in the power of a truly equal workplace. Alfa has also formalised the position of CSR manager, which will be taken by Grahame Williams, a senior manager with the business.
