Pulse Finance appoints Matt Speed as Head of Sales

Speed joins the business with almost 30 years of experience in financial services, bringing expertise gained across major banks and independent funders. During his career, he has held senior client management and sales leadership roles spanning invoice finance, trade finance, asset finance and private investment funds.

In his new role, Speed will lead Pulse Finance’s sales and business development strategy, working with businesses, introducers and professional advisers to help more SMEs access the working capital they need to support growth, improve cash flow and navigate challenging market conditions.

The appointment comes at a time when many UK SMEs continue to face rising operating costs, inflationary pressures, supply chain disruption, longer payment terms and wider economic uncertainty, increasing demand for flexible funding solutions.
