Compass strengthens team with appointment of Rob Hogg

Compass Business Finance has appointed Rob Hogg as a Finance Specialist, further strengthening its capability to support UK SMEs across its specialist funding markets.

Hogg joins the independent finance provider after more than 25 years with Grafitec PLC, where he served as Group Finance Director. During his tenure, he was responsible for financial reporting, planning, risk management and statutory compliance, while also developing extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of capital equipment from leading manufacturers.

His appointment brings a combination of financial expertise and first-hand experience of business investment decisions, providing Compass with additional insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by growing SMEs.

Having worked closely with Compass as a partner for more than two decades, Hogg is already well acquainted with the business, its customers and the wider asset finance market. Compass said his background as a Finance Director gives him a strong understanding of the funding requirements of business owners and the role finance can play in supporting investment and growth.
