Independent leasing and fleet management company, Zenith, has become a Trusted Advisory Member of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).

The membership will give Zenith access to the ICS’s training, development, and benchmarking tools, enabling the business to assess its customer service performance against peers across the UK. The company said the move forms part of a wider strategy to enhance its service delivery and employee development.

Recent customer-focused investments by Zenith include a new service hub model for corporate clients and upgrades to technology platforms. These initiatives have contributed to a four-point rise in the firm’s Customer Satisfaction Score, now at 83%, above the national average and five points higher than the automotive sector benchmark.

Andy Wolff, Commercial Director of Zenith’s Corporate division, said the membership would help the company build on recent gains.

“We are always looking for ways to improve, and being an Institute of Customer Service member will provide us the opportunity to learn from other members, continue to develop our colleagues, and ultimately advance our customer service offering,” he said.
