Appointments Sponsored by Appointments Time Finance appoints Julian Cassen to support South East SMEs Published: 14th November 2025 Share Time Finance has expanded its support for small and medium-sized enterprises across London and the South East with the appointment of Julian Cassen as Business Development Manager within its growing Invoice Finance team. Cassen, who brings more than three decades of experience in the finance sector, will work closely with brokers across the region to deliver Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending (ABL) solutions. His role will focus on helping a wider range of SMEs unlock cashflow and access tailored funding to drive growth. Beginning his career as a credit controller, Cassen has held senior business development posts at major lenders including RBS, Aldermore, Lloyds Bank and Ultimate Finance. His appointment marks the latest addition to Time Finance’s expanding national team as the company responds to increasing demand for its flexible finance products. The lender has made several recent hires to bolster its regional coverage, including Kelly Johnson in Shropshire, Cheshire and the West Midlands, and Tom Ludden in the Midlands and East Anglia. Time Finance said the ongoing investment in its business development team reflects its commitment to supporting SMEs with a suite of multi-product funding solutions.
