MotoNovo announces all-new senior leadership team

Leading independent motor finance business MotoNovo Finance has announced the creation of an all-new senior leadership team, led by managing director Karl Werner (pictured), to spearhead ambitions plans for further growth in the year ahead.

The revamp sees Debbie McKay promoted to a new role as commercial director of motor sales, while Chris Rowthorn takes on a new role as director of motor sales operations.

Donna Slater is named head of strategy, research and proposition development, with Mark Coles taking up the role of head of marketing, and Vicci Loosmore becoming head of product and marketing governance,

In addition, Jon Slater MotoNovo’s chief strategy and marketing officer, will be transferring from the senior leadership team into a new Aldermore Group role developing the group’s broader strategy.

Announcing the new team, Werner said: “Our new leadership team combines diversity, deep insight and experience of the motor finance sector, a rich appreciation of MotoNovo’s heritage and fresh expertise in marketing and strategy.
