New Leaf Search has partnered with a FinTech and leasing company in its search for a Senior European Business Development Manager, Brokers.

The Role
This is a senior commercial role within a rapidly expanding European equipment finance business. While the successful candidate may be based in the DACH region, their remit will span the UK, DACH and Nordics, with responsibility for developing broker-led origination across all three markets.

Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, the role offers significant autonomy and strategic commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand broker relationships across the UK, DACH and Nordic regions.
• Originate, structure and close complex equipment finance transactions.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of high-quality broker-led opportunities.
• Promote innovative financing solutions including CAPEX, sale-and-leaseback and Pay-per-Use models.
• Manage multi-jurisdictional deal execution across European markets.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years’ experience in asset finance or leasing, with strong DACH market exposure.
• Established broker network and proven deal origination capability.
• A true, aggressive business developer with a hunter mentality, driven by deal-based commission and commercial performance.
• Highly commercial, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in cross-border environments.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
