Jarek Skowronski named general manager for AGCO Finance UK

He will succeed Duncan Hullis, who is set to retire at the end of December after nearly 11 years in the role and two decades of service with the company.

Hullis, widely credited with steering DLL through significant growth and operational evolution, leaves a legacy of strong leadership and long-term partnership development. The company praised his “incredible” contribution, noting that he has been a “driving force behind many of our successes.” DLL said his presence will be “greatly missed” and extended its thanks and well wishes for his retirement.

Skowronski brings 17 years of experience with DLL to the role, having joined the business in 2008 and serving in a series of regional and country leadership positions. He most recently led AGCO Finance in France, where he managed a portfolio of 26,000 customers.

DLL said his cross-market experience and leadership across multiple cultures have equipped him with a deep understanding of customer, dealer and team needs. His track record includes transforming business processes, enhancing partner satisfaction and driving sustained growth, areas the company believes will support continued momentum in the UK and Ireland.

Commenting on his appointment, Skowronski said: “After having spent an amazing time with the French team and local partners in Beauvais, I am thrilled to take on a new responsibility for the UK and Ireland markets. I am looking forward to seeing how, together with the local teams, we can build further on the work previously done by Duncan and the team.”
