New Leaf Search has partnered with a European organisation providing business-to-business lease finance for digital services in its search for a Self-Employed Sales Agent. Uncapped earning potential – £500,000+ per annum. Location: UK (Flexible / Remote). The Role This is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity for an experienced asset finance or technology finance professional to operate as an independent sales agent. You will take full ownership of developing new business, managing client relationships and delivering commercial growth across IT and technology sectors, supported by a well-established European platform. Key Responsibilities: Originate new business across IT, digital and technology sectors Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and partners Structure and negotiate asset finance, leasing and as-a-Service solutions Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term client growth Identify new market opportunities and expand revenue streams Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction Operate independently while leveraging internal support and infrastructure Candidate Profile: Proven experience in asset finance, leasing or technology finance Strong network within IT, technology or digital services sectors Demonstrable track record of originating and closing new business Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills Highly self-motivated, disciplined and results-driven We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
