Internal Account Manager  – Asset Finance – West London – Hybrid Working

To £45k plus bonus and company benefits.

Our client is a niche own book lender who are very established business going for over 25 years . We are looking for someone who has experience of managing a portfolio of asset finance brokers and managing these relationships.

This will include managing the set-up and on-boarding of new brokers and providing regular telephone contact with them and managing the deal flow through the entire business. receive industry leading service.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main contact point for specified brokers and customers ensuring efficient proposal flow and conversion into new business.
• Proactively contacting, visiting and handling specific sales enquiries from these brokers, converting them into new business by negotiation and follow-up as appropriate
• Monitoring and reviewing KPIs and SLAs with specified brokers, ensuring agreed sales conversion rates and service quality are achieved
• Participating in introductory source reviews in a timely fashion ensuring all brokers remain valid and compliant
• Enhancing the overall relationship internally and externally by providing regular market feedback
• Working closely with the wider business, attending shows to ensure key program objectives are met and understood.

Experience Required:

• Have a broad knowledge and understanding of commercial finance specifically within the broker sector or in a wider internal sales role in asset finance.
• Have a strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to influence and negotiate.
• Can work under own initiative, but also as part of a dynamic sales team.
• Can demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have a minimum of  two years’ experience of working in the asset finance sector. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of soft assets  and have the flexibility to work partly from home
