Head of Stock funding – Flexible Location (circa twice a month in the South East offices)

£negotiable depending on experience + bonus, car allowance and benefits.

Our client is the UK division of a well respected European financial services business. They have an exciting opportunity for a head of stock funding to join their senior management team.

The role has 3 direct reports and a team of 6, and is responsible for providing strong leadership and operational management with KPIs, SLAs and delivery targets that meet the expectations of your key stakeholders. You will be expected to coach and direct the team to deliver a high-level of customer excellence, communicate strategies and provide monthly progress to senior management.

Additionally you will will strengthen existing dealer and manufacturer relationships, and identify opportunities to expand into new asset sectors ensuring the team are positioned to support ambitious growth plans.

The successful candidate will have significant experience within Stock Financing, Dealer Finance, Asset Finance or similar lending environment. in addition you will have strong knowledge of dealer and manufacturer finance structures and proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate and develop your team.
