Funding Circle launches new broker portal to streamline workflows

Funding Circle has unveiled a new broker portal aimed at improving efficiency and transparency for its intermediary partners, as part of its ongoing investment in technology and user experience.

The upgraded platform has been developed in response to extensive feedback from broker panels, with a focus on simplifying workflows and making it easier to manage live applications. Built on enhanced technology and updated design principles, the portal provides brokers with clearer, real-time insights into application statuses, helping to reduce the time taken to progress deals.

The lender said the new system is expected to significantly improve “time to value” for brokers, allowing them to process applications more quickly and serve SME clients more effectively.
