Fleetondemand launches white-label rental platform for brokers

Vehicle rental management technology and services provider Fleetondemand has unveiled a white-label version of its rental platform, giving leasing brokers a new way to offer fully branded rental services to their customers.

The new platform enables brokers to provide short-, mid- and long-term vehicle rental under their own brand, without the cost or complexity of building an in-house solution. Through Fleetondemand’s UK-wide supply network, customers can access more than 400,000 cars and commercial vehicles from 480 suppliers across 1,500+ locations, available to hire from one day to a year or longer.

Designed as an all-in-one rental management solution, the platform brings together short-term daily hire, flexible mid-term hire, electric vehicle (EV) hire and international rentals in a single, integrated system. For shorter, one-way journeys, businesses can also access pre-booked and on-demand taxi services across the UK. A pool fleet service further enables companies to centralise the booking, management and reporting of all company-owned, leased and rented pool vehicles.

The white-label platform is quick to deploy and fully customised with each broker’s branding, including logos and brand colours. Brokers and their customers are provided with secure logins, giving them a centralised view of rental activity and spend through a comprehensive reporting suite.

Once live, Fleetondemand’s customer support team manages the full onboarding process and ongoing relationship management with each of the broker’s customers. The end-to-end service covers account creation, system set-up and training, rental bookings, customer enquiries, fines and damage management, reporting, SLA and KPI measurement, consolidated invoicing and billing support.

Fleetondemand also manages credit checks, agrees terms of service directly with customers and handles monthly billing, removing administrative burden and financial risk for brokers.

The new service is designed to support businesses that need temporary mobility solutions, including lead-in vehicles while awaiting new deliveries, vehicles for probationary periods, emergency cover during maintenance and repairs, and EVs for trial periods ahead of long-term leasing decisions.

Daniel Pass, Managing Director at DreamLease, said the service has strengthened the company’s customer acquisition and retention strategy.

“In such a competitive leasing market, being able to offer our customers a value-added rental management service really sets us apart,” he said. “Fleetondemand handled the entire process from start to finish with a minimal set-up cost that we recouped within a matter of months after implementation.

“The new service enhances the experience we offer our customers and generates incremental revenue for our business, all without the cost or complexity of building an in-house solution. It’s a win-win for brokers seeking to enhance their existing proposition.”

Luke Simpson, Business Development Director at Fleetondemand, said the company is seeing strong demand from brokers looking to broaden their service offering.

“We’re seeing strong demand from brokers looking to evolve beyond traditional leasing models and offer a wider range of vehicle solutions to their customers,” he said. “Our scalable platform gives them a practical route to introduce rental services under their own brand, supported by proven technology, world-class customer service and operational expertise.

“The model delivers clear commercial benefits that help to grow their business without the need to build, manage or support a solution internally.”
