FIS Asset Finance appoints Geert Pick as Head of Sales North America and Europe

In his new role, Pick will lead regional sales strategy across North America and Europe, focusing on expanding partnerships, strengthening client engagement, and driving adoption of FIS’s asset finance solutions across the broader financial services ecosystem.

Pick brings more than two decades of experience spanning asset finance, investment banking, consulting, and financial technology. He joins FIS from Sopra Banking Software, where he served as Head of Sales for the UK, Ireland, and North America. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior positions at organisations including the Royal Bank of Canada, Gartner, and Genpact, working closely with financial institutions on technology transformation and operational strategy.
