Foley is a product-focused technologist with over a decade of experience delivering transformation projects across the asset finance industry. His background spans software vendors, in-house lender systems, and complex multi-party environments, including public sector lending programmes.

Known for his ability to deliver pragmatic, high-impact solutions, Foley has helped organisations streamline their entire proposal-to-payout journey and optimise the contract lifecycle. His technical depth, combined with a strong commercial mindset, allows him to test ideas rapidly, unlock value from existing systems, and deliver sustainable change.

At Finativ, Foley’s focus areas will include integration architecture, proposal-to-payout process optimisation, data migration and reconciliation, process automation, data architecture and reporting, product strategy and delivery, rapid prototyping, and legacy system transformation.
