Jobs Business Development Managers – Soft or Hard Assets – UK South preferred – 2992 Remote Share salary range up to c£80,000 with uncapped commission , typically 20% of profit and monthly paid. Our client a long established and highly successful broker now lending over £100m a year are interested in hiring additional business development managers who can drive either new name partner or direct driven asset finance business. They are receptive to applications from those with either a soft or a hard asset background and who wish to focus on either or even both asset classes. This is an entirely new business role where you will not be given any customers but be expected to bring a portfolio of contacts with you and , of course then win new ones. In return our client can offer you a superb back office service , a plethora of funders that can cope any type of asset , any structure from simple HP through finance lease and operating leases through to loans. They can also offer a broad suite of ancillary products including invoice finance , commercial mortgages to enable you to offer your customers , where appropriate , a total solution. With such a range of funding partners is also highly unusual that any customer you find cannot be financed by one of their tier 1 , 2 or 3 funders. In return for this platform your reward is a market competitive base salary plus an totally uncapped commission plan where , once you have covered your costs typically pays to 20% of the profit you generate. High performers at our client are earning in some case over £250,000 a year. This could be you……. Candidate Profile To apply you will ideally be UK South based with a preference for South England , Greater London. However if you match the profile above and are based elsewhere in the UK we would welcome your application , as what matters most is your skill set not your location. What is crucial is that you must be a genuine asset finance high achiever who happy to share ( visually only ) proof of your successes , think things like commission statements , P60’s etc You will also be someone who is willing and able to talk about the actual customers you do business with now and the names of those would expect to target in the role. They are cogniscent that there are no guarantees to your customers coming with you to a new employer but your willingness to share openly who you will target be that a customer and or an introducing partner will be your key to securing the role.
