Area Sales Manager – Business Lending / Asset Finance – Nottinghamshire / Lincolnshire / East Riding

to £45k + car allowance, uncapped commission and benefits.

We are working with an established SME asset finance provider, who are growing their field based sales team with the appointment of  an additional Area Sales Manager.

The role will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing new SME customers across a range of industry sectors, to include commercial vehicles, construction & recycling manufacturing and engineering and also softer assets.

We are looking for candidates who have proven new business development experience gained within business to business sales, who have an existing base of customers who could be leveraged to discuss lending opportunities.

Asset Finance or leasing experience would be a distinct advantage, as would capital equipment sales experience, however the ability to open doors, build relationships and achieve targets is most important.

This is a home based, field based role requiring a high degree of self motivation, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
