Bibby Financial Services appoints Sarah Bould as HR Director

Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed Sarah Bould as HR Director, strengthening its leadership team as the business continues to invest in its people and organisational capabilities to support long-term growth.

Bould brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services and human resources leadership, with expertise in organisational transformation, operating model development and business change.

She joins BFS from Royal London Group, where she most recently served as People Director for the Chief Operating Office, leading initiatives focused on organisational transformation, people strategy and business-wide change.

Her previous experience includes senior HR positions at Swinton Insurance, O2 and The Co-operative Bank.

Based in Manchester, Bould has worked across a range of major transformation projects, including the establishment of an overseas contact centre in South Africa, large-scale outsourcing programmes and the development of technology operating models.

Her appointment comes as BFS progresses its BFS 5.0 strategy, with a focus on developing its workforce, strengthening leadership capabilities and supporting the company’s future growth ambitions.
