Paragon backs Giving League at Simply Cup 2027

The Giving League is returning for the Simply Cup 2027, with Paragon sponsoring this year’s fundraising competition as teams compete to raise the most money for Cancer Research UK.

Taking the Simply Cup’s spirit of competing, connecting and supporting a shared cause beyond the football pitch, the Giving League encourages teams to bring colleagues, clients, friends and family into their fundraising efforts.

Fundraising opened on 15 September 2026 and will continue until 7 January 2027, when the Simply Cup returns to Powerleague Battersea. With limited tournament spaces remaining, businesses interested in taking part are encouraged to secure their place.

Paragon’s sponsorship gives the Giving League a welcome boost for its second year, recognising the teams whose fundraising makes a difference alongside their sporting efforts.

The initiative was first introduced at the Simply Cup 2026, with WSC Finance Ltd crowned the inaugural Giving League Champions. The wider event raised £45,121.10 for Cancer Research UK, providing a strong foundation for the 2027 tournament.

The Simply Cup 2027 is headline sponsored by Acquis, with Paragon generously sponsoring the Giving League fundraising competition.

Competing for a cause

Each team signing up to the Simply Cup receives a unique fundraising page and link. Participants can share their page with their networks, organise fundraising activities and collect donations in support of Cancer Research UK.

Monthly leaderboard updates will help teams track their progress and keep the friendly rivalry going in the months leading up to the tournament.

The team finishing top of the fundraising leaderboard will be crowned Giving LeagueChampions, winning seven £100 vouchers of their choice – one for each team member.
