Appointments Sponsored by Appointments Stellantis appoints Tianshu Xin and Pablo Di Si to strengthen global leadership Published: 24th July 2026 Share Stellantis has announced two senior leadership appointments as it looks to strengthen its regional management structure and accelerate delivery of its Value Creation Program. Effective from 3 August, Tianshu Xin will take responsibility for the automaker’s China and Asia-Pacific region, while Pablo Di Si has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Performance Officer. Tianshu Xin will report directly to Stellantis Chief Executive Officer Antonio Filosa and will join the Stellantis Leadership Team. Grégoire Olivier, who has led the region, will become Strategic Advisor and will report to Xin. Xin brings three decades of experience spanning operations management, strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and sales and marketing across multiple industries. He joined Stellantis as Chief Operating Officer of Stellantis China and Head of the Stellantis-Leapmotor Alliance in February 2025 and will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer of Leapmotor International, a position he has held since November 2023. Meanwhile, Pablo Di Si will report directly to Filosa as Chief Performance Officer, leading execution of Stellantis’ Value Creation Program to help deliver the group’s strategic and financial objectives. The newly created position is designed to strengthen operational execution across the business. Di Si joins with extensive international automotive leadership experience, having most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Volkswagen Group North America. During his career, he has built a reputation for improving operational performance, leading business turnarounds and delivering enterprise-wide transformation across global organisations.
