Appointments Sponsored by Appointments Zenith strengthens leadership team with internal promotions Published: 19th February 2026 Share Zenith has strengthened its Executive Committee with the promotion of two senior leaders, as the UK’s independent leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing business reshapes its leadership structure to support future growth. Andy Wolff, who joined Zenith as a graduate in 2007, has been promoted to Managing Director – Corporate. He will retain responsibility for Corporate Customer Services, Customer Relationship Management and Sales, while also taking on oversight of New Business. The new business function will be led by recently appointed Corporate Sales Director Dave McDonna, who joined the company last month. Tom Brewer has been appointed to the newly created role of Managing Director – Rental, Consumer, and Corporate Operations. Since joining Zenith as Commercial Director for Rental in 2024, Brewer has brought broad sector experience and fresh insight to the business, which the company said will be key as he takes on his expanded remit across multiple divisions. As part of the leadership changes, Ian Hughes will step down from his role as CEO of the Corporate and Consumer divisions, marking the end of a 16-year period in which he played a central role in the company’s growth and industry engagement. Richard Jones, Chief Executive of Zenith, said the appointments reflected the company’s commitment to developing talent from within and strengthening its customer-first strategy. “This is a fantastic achievement for both Tom, who has a wealth of industry experience, and Andy, who has shaped his professional journey within Zenith,” he said. “They both show a deep understanding of our business and a strong track record of delivering commercial success. These promotions are testament to our internal career progression opportunities, and I look forward to working with them as we continue to strengthen our customer-first approach.” Jones also paid tribute to Hughes’ contribution to the business and the wider sector. “I’d like to thank Ian for his committed service, having played an instrumental part in the growth of Zenith for 16 years, particularly in building strong relationships with our customers, suppliers and industry bodies,” he said. “He has represented Zenith as an active member of the BVRLA and been central to driving many policy changes for our industry. We wish him all the very best for the future.” Zenith said the strengthened leadership team will support its strategic priorities across corporate, consumer and rental operations as it continues to expand its fleet management and vehicle outsourcing services across the UK.
