Time Finance appoints Bethan Holliday as Head of Operations

Independent lender Time Finance has appointed Bethan Holliday as Head of Operations within its Asset Finance team, marking another strategic step in the company’s ambitious growth plan to expand its lending book to £300 million.

Holliday brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services to the role, having previously held a senior leadership position at Ultimate Finance. Her appointment signals Time Finance’s commitment to enhancing operational excellence and delivering a seamless finance experience to the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) it serves.

In her new role, Holliday will oversee the end-to-end operations of the Asset Finance division. She will focus on streamlining internal systems and refining processes to make business finance more efficient and accessible for brokers and their SME clients.

Commenting on her new position, Holliday said: “I am excited to join Time Finance as the business accelerates its growth journey. Having long regarded Time Finance as a challenger and innovator in this industry, to join the team was an opportunity I could not turn down.”

Her appointment is part of a broader recruitment drive at Time Finance, following the recent additions of Terry Wolfendale as Head of Sales and Paul Rice as Business Development Manager to strengthen the company’s Invoice Finance division.
